I had the same problem, it's pretty ez to fix. All you need is some engine degreaser and lots of q-tips. Take your IAC off, its only 2 bolts. It's the cylinder shaped thing on the front of your EGR spacer. It has one plug in the bottom of it. Take the 2 bolts out, unplug, then there are 2 flat head screws that hold the piece together. Be easy not to strip them. All ya do is spay in some degreaser, let her sit for a few then start cleaning with q-tips. Repeat as needed. I did this and my car idles great now. Hope it helps out.

yep thats what I did, only I used TB cleaner, and it will act up after about 5months but not nearly as bad as before

If the power loss is at all rpms then i'd also take a crack at cleaning the MAF sensor filaments CAREFULLLY with electronic parts cleaner.
