Car show last night...56k make some coffee

Last night my g/f, friend in his 99 black gt and I went tp a car show last night. My friend and myself both regiestered in the show. We both busted are asses this past week getting them cleaned up. The turnout was decent, however it would have been much bigger if there wasnt a threat of rain (but it never actually did rain). At the end of the night I was surprised went they announced my name as being the "Car Show Favorite". I got a little plaque that said just that. I am pleased. This only makes me want to do more to the car now which really sucks because ive been trying to suppress the urge

Anywho, some highlights:

There were a bazillion corvettes there last night, but they werent anything you dont see around town, thats why i did not add them. The buick was pure sex

everyone was begging him to turn it on but no dice. he says they shoot 15ft and has gotten in a lot of toruble with them (go figure )

That Torino is pretty spiffy, always been a fan of that year/style. Don't see too many of those anymore.

I was thinking the same thing. I actually saw a 69 for sale today but my lady wouldn't stop. new house > another project
