Try pulling codes and see if any are stored. The check engine light doesn't need to be illuminated for a code to be stored.

The car is throwning no codes.. it was throwning a O2 sensor code but my tuner done away with that.. it acts like it is in the computer or maybe the theft system..

It's not the theft system because once the car is running pats can not disable a moving car..

I would check the harness that runs along the trans.. I have seen those short out before.. also if your running underdrive pulleys check those out too because I have seen a few cars when they will misfire at high RPM's because of underdrive pulley problems. this effects the crank sensor

My SCT chip failed, and caused my car to quit at speed. Pull your chip, assuming you have one, and see if anything changes.
