k i got a trickflow intake on my 95 gt and at first it wouldn't start at all then i noticed that the intake wasn't tightening up all the way so i knew unmetered air was getting in so i took it back off and gasket sealed it great car starts fine but now when i come to a light or a stop as soon as i put the clutch in it dies!! man its embarassing any ideas why its doing this to me??

Our car computers are finicky. Adding an intake can confuse it, since the airflow isn't what it thinks it should be. First off, you should run the computer's built-in KOEO and KOER tests. These tests will also tell you if there are any error codes in the computer. Next, I would go through this idle reset procedure to make sure your car idles properly. Once you've done this, report back and let us know what you found.
