Car stalling on start up?

This past week my car has stalled on start up twice. It would start but then have problems and stall. The second try she would start with out a problem. What could be wrong?

The infamous Idle Air Valve would be my guess. They tend to wear out or clog up causing the problem you describe.

+1 I just replaced my IAC and was having the same start/stall issues you have.
