Car was tuned & speedo was working, now....

I just got my new 4 gauge charge wire on for my new 200 amp alternator. Now when I drive, it seems like I dont have the autologic chip in. The speedo is off by like 5 mph or so. I can just tell right away. What the hell happened? Did my chip fry or something, but obviously the computer works. This now means I have no tune. I didnt touch anything. I have been trying to drive under 3k rpms, who knows now if I have tune or no, since I have a supercharger.

Yes, and everything was reset when I turned car back on. The guages went all the way forward, then back. But it wasnt like I reflashed the computer. Its a chip.

i would check the chip and see if something happened to it maybe its damaged but not fried cause the car is still running
