Get hold of Ken. He will take care of you. You might try taking the computer apart to get the circuit board out to clean the terminals. That's what I did to make sure mine was clean.
Did you give them the right computer code? At least with my Pro-M chip, I had to call the tuner with the code in my passenger's-side door jamb so that everything was right when he programmed my chip during the dynotune.
same thing happened with me at first then i put rubbing alchohol(sp?) on the connectors and it FINALLY after hours started up.
As for a bad chip that could be the problem too and i think you may have given them the wrong or no computer code at all. My friend tried installing a chip for weeks come to find out he didnt even give them a code hehe
