Car wont start...battery?

I need my car for tomorrow so any help will be helpful..ok well my battery died and I tried jump starting it and all it did was make clicking noises..so then i hooked it up to the charger and tried it again 2 hrs later..and all it did was the clicking noises so i attempted to jump it again and it wont even crank over..but it seems like the inside stuff has good power..is my battery totally shot or is something else wrong?

Clicking is 90% of the time a bad connection. Try cleaning, tightening, and then make sure your battery post terminal connectors have a solid connection!

check your ground if you tryed to jump it and it wont even crank then it is a bad ground.
