Car Won't Start Sometimes

I have a 1995 Procharged Mustang 5.0 and sometimes it doesn't want to start up. Most times its when I get gas and when i have been driving it a lot. It just doesn't wanna turn over.

run the codes. Warm start problems are often a bad TFI but it could be s number of other things

Is it #1 or #2?
1.) The starter doesn't want to turn the engine over?
2.) The starter cranks the engine OK, but the engine doesn't fire off and run?
