Car wont stay running

My car will start if i use starting fluid or pur gas in the carb.. but wont stay running.. should it be my fuel pump?? fuel lines got clogged or sumthing?? my car was sitting for a month or so.. maybe im outta gas?? haha

will would my radiator over flow when i get it started(only runs for a couple of seconds)

I run clear fuel filters on the line to the carb on my carbed stuff for this reason. If it sat for too long and you have an elec pusher pump, you might need to prime it.

I was giving an example. I have no idea what a 4 banger uses. Also do know if your set up is stock or which car you are talking about. I was just tossin out info based upon the info presented.

you not getting fuel obviously, make sure the fuel pump operates, check the fuel pressure and flow. you could have a bad fuel pressure regulator, dont nknow about ghia's though. you might want swap the fuel filter, also, depending on how long the car sat, the fuel may have turned into laquer in the lines. these are some of the possibilities.
