carbon fiber interior is installed

The body work is in the home stretch. I want to say that the repro stuff is just aweful, no matter where it comes from. I sourced this rebuild from NPD, Laurel Mountain, and Mustangs Unlimited. The fit and finish was terrible no matter where the stuff came from.

Here is a shot from the side.



Here is the Year One 6 gauge cluster with the high gloss carbon fiber laminate. It is very reflective and gives the impression of waves in the overlay but without the flash, it is ok. I have Autometer Ultralight gauges (silver face) going in



Here is a shot of the door panel, itself a reproduction that sucked, with the carbon fiber in place of the wood grain.



I replaced all the wood grain with CF. I have CF all over the place. It is SWEEEET (imagine that being said by Eric Cartman). The other shots of the CF (clock and glovebox) did not turn out so I tossed them. Much better pics will be forthcoming when I get the car back.

very nice! where did you get the carbon fiber panels to go around gages and dash panels?

not bad... I made a set of inserts for my 69 about 5 years ago...came out pretty well. repop stuff almost always sucks
