Do you need them for emissions? Yes. Do most of us have them on our cars daily? No. Most of us just put on the stock 4 cat h-pipe for emissions and after we pass, just switch back to our off-road h or x pipe.

thats what I thought. I think where I live they do not check that. They usually dont check anything
