catback or x-pipe

ok. 94 gt completely stock 5.0 with a 5spd. i have the opportunity to buy a magnaflow catback or the magnaflow x-pipe. which one first?

The beauty of the X is that most of the noise that's bottled up in your exhaust is in the mid-pipe ... you'll get a much bigger sound increase by putting an offroad pipe with a completely stock setup than just getting a cat-back.
