Hello. Hopefully someone can help me with this, as it's becoming very frustrating. When I turn the key to the on position my fan constantly runs and I get no priming at fuel pump.
From what I have read during the 2-5 second prime period I should get 12V at pin 5 on CCRM and pin 18 should be grounded during this period. I am not getting 12v at pin 5 but I am getting that on pin 18. Thinking it was the CCRM I replaced it with a new unit only to have the same problem.
Can anyone suggest where I should start to diagnose this issue? Is it the PCM? How would I check that? I'm thinking I need to jump the fuel pump at the eec diagnostic plug a to make sure the issue doesn't lie downstream but am not sure how to do that?
Thanks
