Hi,

I hope someone can help me. I just bought a 2002 Mustang GT with the 6CD in dash changer. I successfully ejected 2 CDs, but now I get an error message, I cannot eject the remaining four CDs, and I don't believe the CD player will play. What did I do wrong, and how can it be corrected? Thanks very much.

sorry I didn't see this sooner, it's a common problem, using the palm of your hand ightly pound around the display area while pressing load or eject for that slot.

It problem went to change CDs while you hit a bump, It's happened to me 3 times in almost 60k miles.

I believe you can also unplug the battery for 10 mins and then reconnect it and the remaining cd's should eject properly.

Thanks, Guys!

I've tried the palm rapping without success. Guess I don't have the touch. Actually, I do have the Midas touch, just in reverse...as you see, everything I touch turns to...well nevermind. I'll try the battery unhook thing too. Thanks again!

Mine doesnt like to eject CDs. Probably happens half the time. If you look in the slot, the cd may be close to coming out. On mine when I hit eject and its tryin to eject, I stick another CD in an press the CD thats stuck back a little bit and that unjams it. It then works fine.

It seems as my car may be possesed. A couple of weeks ago, it decided to release a CD. So I got that one out, and then I ejected another one. It would not eject the other two. So today, while I was parking, it decided to eject another one, and I ejected the remaining one. Is my car possessed? Should I wear garlic around my neck? Very strange indeed. Thanks to everyone for their help. Take Care.
