Ever since I changed my o2 sensors and fixed my leaky h pipe its been running a little rough when first started cold. Along with ny other on going drivabilty issue have been experiencing.

I starting to think that my tuner has turned off the cel light in the tune.or my my computer is just lazy lol. The guy at autozone says a code won't show up unless the light comes on.

I have got water on the maf to the point of miss firing and had to clean it no light. I have eliminated the egr valve no light, but me and my tuner where talking about turning it off in the tune. He might have but I'm not sure. Had a crack in the h pipe right before the front o2 no light. I think it was tuned the way. Left my gas cap off for 2 days after my friend filled my tank no light you will usually get an evap code if the cap is left loose. Who knows?

Also since I have added the new AFM 4" powerpipe instead the Steeda 3.5" I started getting detonation around 5k. The tuner said I could add a 75mm plenum and TB which after the tune I did and I had no detention but when I added the 4" power pipe also instead of 3.5" one I started to get it.

Latest symptoms of the car have been off throttle light surging at low rpm's. Trouble finding idle sometimes when coming to a stop and occasional stall. Rough idle when first started after new 02's where installed. Ping around 5k and occasional tip in ping. I also have slight high pitch air out of a tea pot sound when accelerating at low rpm's.

Things replaced lately
Gas tank pumps and filter. (03 Cobra)
O2 sensors oem
spark plugs ngk BR7EF
new tps sensor
new idle control valve
new iat sensor
h pipe fixed and a new passenger side h pipe gasket.

These are my mods if anyone has an idea please help It would be appreciated.

Seems like you should ask the tuner if he turned it off or not, since he's the only one who would really know for sure.

I know this, but can it be tuned that way?
