If I’m not mistaken Fords TOB is also plastic, so that’s not going to be a big help. Maximum Motorsports has an all metal one that would be the way to go.
As far as which clutch is better I cant comment on the CF but I’ve had good luck with my Spec ,it grabs like hell and has lasted over 40K. My TOB on the other hand has not been so durable, so the next time I change it out I’m going with a metal one…

I also read mixed things about the king cobra. If money is an issue then go with the KC, you can get it for 130 bucks.
