I just installed a set last night. Replaced heads, which makes installation much easier. Excellent quality. Much better than aformentioned brands (BBK).
Threw in a set of stage 8 bolts and it looks hot!

Cant use a wratchet to change plugs anymore. Now use a spark plug socket and box wrench. Now big woop.

Did you have to cut any of the caps on the stage 8 bolts to get them to fit against the header tubes? Only about half of mine fit.

This is what my FR headers look like after about 10 years and 200k+ miles of use (daily driver, rain or shine). Definitely some rust showing up but I'll run them until I can't anymore. lol When I had them on my '90, the car sat (outside) for roughly 7 months so I know that didn't help.

Yup, thats about how mine looked. I had 2 sets, one on my 89, and one on a 93 I use to have. The 93 was a garage queen, and they always looked perfect. My 89 was my spring-fall daily driver. I then moved to FL with my 89 as my only car, so it was a true daily driver for a good 16 months. Mine look just like that.

Just did a quick search of my recent buildup thread elsewhere, and here's a pic:

Here is a pic (took today) of the ford headers I installed on my brother-inlaws car about 2 years ago.

Its is not a daily driver, only gets drivin in nice weather.

They could use a little polishing up.

click to exspand for a larger picture, and you can see they have a few rust spot starting.

Ouch. I hope mine don't end up too bad. Any good way to take care of 'em?
