charge motion plates and supercharger?

where in the intake are these plates?, if you were getting a replacement intake supercharger like the kenne bell or whipple would you need to get these plates, or is the any benefit having them if you have a superhcarger? Thanks.

They are under the intake manifold on each side under the runners. If you get a centrifugal superchager or a turbo the deletes would help. If you get a twin screw or roots type supercharger the charge motion plates get replaced anyway.
