Exhaust leak is the most likely if you are only getting the code on one bank. If there are no leaks, listen to all of the injectors on that side with a long screw driver to your ear and make sure they are all fireing.

I agree with these guys. first check for a exhaust leak on the passenger side manifold

if no leak is found check this.

p0174 is for bank 2

if you have livedata get me the info on these pids

LTfueltrim bank 1 and for bank 2

your bank 2 is probally in the +20's because you have this code. I need to know if bank 1 is over +15 or so. you may have a vaccum leak and have the p0171 code pending.

Long term fuel trim on bank 2 is +25%, and bank 1 is +18%, Ive checked for vacuum leaks but have had no luck finding it, could it be a bad computer chip? maybe not tuned right?

You are having unmeter air entering someplace. either that or your maf is bad.

99 percent of the time it's a vac leak, I bet you have a hose of someplace. check the small vac lines that go to the interior compartment for climate control. I usually start lookign at the vacumm taps on the intake and work my way out, then if I still can find it I spray around the intake and plenum base with carb clean and see if I can find it that way.
