This weekend I got knee deep in the beginning of my full blown interior restoration in my '65 coupe. I have it mainly stripped, I took out a carpet and SURPRISE!!! my floorpans are in great shape. I bought the car with the knowledge that the cowl leaked, so I was astonished to only find surface rust (and a 40 year old matchbook with all the matches still intact) I almost cried at the sight of them, it's almost a shame that I'll be covering them in POR15.
