Basically its an electronically controlled airbag suspension that adjusts ride height & spring rate with a switch in the car, like alot of MB's, Volvo's etc.

They are promising awesome handling on track mode, drag mode for good weight transfer, and touring mode for a nice around the town ride.

Page 31 in the June 04 MM&FF has a bit of info on it also.

I hope its not extremely expensive, because I would consider it.

It's probably extremely expensive.

I don't know what the development of the system is like, so it is very possible to have failures when converted and swapped by the aftermarket.

I'll stick with the tried and true 4-link with an airbag in the rear.

I dont think anyone will buy it unless they are building a show car and have endless amounts of cash to drop on the car.

I would only look into that if it included, upper and lower control arms, tubular k-member and a-arms. Maybe some better swaybars. Who knows, maybe that torque arm setup like maximum motorsports. But almost $4000 is rediculous.

$4K Is a little too rich for my blood. You can Maximum Motorsports' Maximum Grip package for only a few hundred bucks more.

Looks like a great idea.. but lowering the car on the fly, won't that screw with the allignment and Cast/Camber of the front end.

I know $4k is alot, but if you do ALOT of drag racing and road course racing like I do the benefits of a truly 100% adjustable suspension at the flip of a switch becomes a nice addition.

Oh, and the system is unique in that it retains the ideal caster/camber settings even when lowered.

There's another company that makes an air suspension for the mustang, air ride technologies. To do the whole air suspension on a 94+ mustang with their stuff costs $2,800 and you can lower it and do all that stuff too.
