I know that some of you have the Chicane heat exchanger that post on here.
I am wondering how difficult the install is and if the front facia must be removed?
I have seen where some have installed the afco heat exchanger for the 03-04 cobra's on their cars. I haven't seen the quality of the afco but i do know Joe and know his great quality of products. If anyone has any information on heat exchangers please let me know.

I didn'nt know Chicane was selling a Heat exchanger I know that they sell a intercooler...I have a LFP(Lightning force performance) Heat Exchanger on my 03. I helped LFP design the brackets so their cobra Heat Exchanger would fit the saleen so everything bolts up in place like the old saleen unit. They also sell a supertank that will fit your car too.You dont have to pull any body parts.Look on ebay under saleen or call them.

Just get the Gords one, it's the biggest heat exchanger out there and also comes with the brakets for the saleen twin fans.
The front facia only holds with 2 screws on each the fender side, it takes less than 5min to remove it...

I had a 03/04 SVt Cobra LFP Heat Exchanger and LFP Resivour tank on my 03 S281SC. Worked great and cools way better than the stock cooling system.

I've got the Chicane Intercooler in my SC and Highly recommend it for any SC car! How much do those lower Heat exchangers go for??? Also do they come in Black or can they be painted with out ruining or clogging up the fins???? How much did they lower your H2O Intercooler Gauge reading????????

Give Mark a call @ lightning force performance he will set you up....the LFP heatexchanger has all the same fittings and brackets that your old saleen one had so it's a easy install. Some say that the Gords heat exchanger is better but you have to get the AN fittings welded inplace plus the upper support bracket then cut and add hoses to fit.LFP also sells a coolant tank that will fit your car it is about 2x bigger than the one you have now.

I don't think chicane is selling a front heat exchanger Intercooler there selling is the one that sits underneath the supercharger and I think it runs $700 they had a deal when u purchase the intercooler they throw in the 66mm blower pulley for free but don't know if that is still going on. I had plans on buying the intercooler they said they were seeing 25 rwhp with it. Sold the saleen Bought and 03 cobra
