There is a difference between the two. The first one posted is for the '03 and '04 Cobras only. This one (quoted) is the Mach 1 chin spoiler which will fit on '99-'04 base, GTs, Mach 1s, and '99/'01 Cobra.

There are fitment issues between the two.

If you are getting that 03-04 cobra bumper, you will need the 03-04 cobra style chin spoiler

It's really just a lower trim piece. Looks nothing like a chin spoiler

You just helped me out and didn't know it. I've got a cobra bumper on my fox. Those lips are like 400 from ford. Glad you posted a source. Thanx !!!
