Drivetrain Chirping sound after transmission rebuild??

So about 3 months ago, I installed a new clutch and had my transmission rebuilt. Everything drives great and have had zero issues. Clutch is all broken in, I've already put about 2,000 miles on the car since. About 2 months ago I started noticing a chirping sound when slowing down like when approaching a stop light. I thought it was a bearing or brakes but after fiddling around, I found out it only does it while decelerating in neutral. So if I hold the clutch in or throw it in neutral it will start chirping around 30mph until about 15mph. Any one have a clue what this might be?

Next time you're riding around and you hear the chirping put a little pressure on the clutch peddle, does it go away?

No, it does it with the clutch completely depressed, little pressure or no pressure. Basically as soon as I press in the clutch and it's in neutral it starts.

My first guess would be to bearing or imput shaft bearing.
just a guess.

What bearings did you use? I've heard some aren't that good.

I used both ford throw out bearing and pilot. Mcleod street extreme clutch, mcleod fly wheel and I bought a new clutch fork and pivot stud. The whole nine.

I'll have to meet up with you sometime later as this dumbass never changed the pilot bearing last year when I put The t5 I rebuilt in with new flywheel,clutch,and cable.
I told myself I just replaced that last time I did the clutch(107,000 miles ago) it looks fine. Last month after some spirited driving forth gear was not cooperating, it would only go into forth at the perfect rpm.
I talked with Paul @ fivespeeds.com ( Got rebuild kit from them) he suggested adjusting cable or pilot bearing is toast.
Needless to say I've been going from third to fifth for a month now waiting for cooler wheather( anything under 102 would do).
Last week it slipped into forth when exiting the215, and wouldn't come out. Stopped @ the traffic light I revved up and smoked for what seemed like a quarter mile. Got it out of forth at next stop, got home and parked in garage(Big mistake) whole house stunk like burnt toast. So I ordered new pilot bearing,fork,stud,to bearing,clutch kit ,and resurfaced my Ford flywheel( new from last clutch change). While I'm ordering I got a BBK catted xpipe, so far I've been going to work with it and praying for a break in this heat(118 today). I wish I could borrow someone's swamp cooler

I completely understand. This heat is brutal. It melted parts of my fan controller yesterday and my fans went out. Gonna have to relocate my controller and put it in the car. And I literally just did the entire clutch replacement in my garage and had the transmission rebuilt. My buddy who rebuilt it didn't seal it as well as he thought so I had to pull it again and seal it better. Anyway, join the Facebook page, it's at https://m.facebook.com/groups/786070328121113/
