chrome headers heat problem

I just ordered a set of ford motor sport shorty headers from Summitt. I got the chrome ones instead of the ceramic coating ( dont ask) will I have any heat problems,spark plug wires or anything else?

You wont have any problems like that, but they will turn blue and start rusting quickly.

When you say rust,you mean surface rust rite?

s%it prob 15-20 years depends on where you live i recently took my stock headers off my 88 they only had surface rust so you should be fine. they should out last your block.

Im not sure, because my friend put them on his GT 2 years ago and their still blue and rusty, but we are in FL where theres no salt/ snow.
