I made my first order Sunday night from CJ Pony Parts, the first half was here by Wednesday. I had read that they had issues with back orders, but I really didn't think half of the order would be affected. Any feel for how long they usually take to fill orders? Am I waiting for a month or should it just be a week or so?

I have always had my backorder within a few days. Never had to wait a month for anything.

Ive had a couple backorders in orders but Ive ordered a LOT of stuff. Just give them a call. They are very nice and helpful.
They told me when to expect my item and seemed concerned if it would be a problem.
It was about 1 week after receiving the other parts. I have waited a couple weeks I think for a full seat upholstery kit. It probably depends on the manufacturer.

My backorder for 2 Scott Drake emblems finally arrived from YearOne. It was about a month with no communication received.

Thanks for the replies. I figured I would give them a couple weeks before I start freaking out.

I have ordered a couple of things from them and most came quickly. I did have a long wait for a cowl cover when I ordered it and they had changed vendors for the cover so it didnt fit when I got it, but they went back to the original vendor and sent me another cover, total time for that was about 1 1/2 months, but I kinda figured the cowl cover would be back ordered due to popularity.

I like CJ for their specials like sales and free shipping etc. I have had backorder issues before too. Its kind of annoying. If I don't need the parts I'm ordering right away I will sometimes use them to save money.

I have also been playing the waiting game for a few weeks now, one thing that really gets me is I ordered some things and one of the items was apparently made up of two part numbers and they went ahead and sent half of the item? So now im captured and can't cancel that part if I find it somewhere else.
