Gotta Have it Race ran at Maryland International Raceway on May 5th, 2012 at the NMRA Ford Nationals and recorded its best run of 12.08 @ 111.29 with a 1.68 60 foot. Gotta Have it Race was able to hook up while leaving the line at 5,000 rpms and shifting at 7,000 rpms.
The pass was made with Race Star Industries 17x4.5 Dark Star wheels, with M&H Racemaster skinnies on the front and 15x10 Dark Stars, with 275/50-15 Mickey Thompson drag radials on the rear. The rear tire pressure was run at 24 PSI.
The only modifications to the car, aside from the Race Star wheels and drag tires, were a Barton short throw shifter and a SCT iTSX to raise the redline so that we did not hit the rev limiter in 4th gear before the finish line.
Gotta Have it Race had slightly more than 200 miles on it and weighed in at 3,760 lbs with the driver's weight included.
