clean but nothing from 800#

my dealers paper work shows clean no full vin but if i call the 800 number it does not find any thing on my car is this right?? thanks

Depends on your dealer if his allocations are high or low...
If you are in the Northern States the allcations will be low and in the sourthern states the allocations will be a bit higher...........if you call fords 800# you should be C/U for awhile,but if its more then 4-6 weeks i would look somewhere else...good luck....JT

Corey double check that you are entering all the correct numbers. Your dealer should be able to print out this sheet for you. I was c/u for 4 to 4.5 weeks from a small allocation dealer in ohio. It took about 1 to 1.5 weeks to show in the automated 1800 system. Good luck oh and, what did you order 6 or 8, at or mt???

Checked the 1800# ETA to dealer is 2/26. Man I am so EXCITED! I hope my tax return is in before that! If not I wonder if they can create a force field around it till my return is back! 8 weeks from a small northern dealer! I think my saleman is as excited as me. He knows that I've been waiting a year and a half for this!

If you're clean/unscheduled then you will not have a VIN yet. Who's your dealer and what was your order number?

Dyoct, I havent seen my VIN yet. Do you think you maybe be able to get it. Dealer F47451,T82, order 3207. Also it scheduled week of 2/20 and delivery to dealer 2/26, isn't that a little quick? Please just PM me with any info you can find thanks!

I ordered my GT 31 Dec and I'm still C/U. Is there any way to find out if a dealer has used up their allotment without asking the dealer? If their allotment is up, are any further orders ignored? I've seen lots of folks on here that ordered around the same time (or later) and they already have vin's, build dates, etc.

Almost 7 weeks with C/U and I am sure your dealer said between 6-8weeks?
I would look for what you want and i am sure you can find it on a dealers lot without ordering one.
Your in the AL area and I am sure if yeaaaa look on the fords website and you should find a dealer that has at least 10-20 Gts on their lot that you should be able to get at Invoice.Talk to the salesmanager and nottttt a salesperson.JT

Woody Anderson has a bunch of orders from that day as well. Alot of people ordered 18"ers so I'd say your 64F selection has a better chance of getting pulled before three other retail orders. All of the retails are a priority code 10.

Thanks for the info. So, when you say pulled, do you mean pulled to be done or pulled as in pulled out of the lineup? How do special orders affect their allotment? Thanks again.

I mean scheduled. Special orders don't affect allocation, but at the regional levels, someone does see it, and will do what they can to get them built.

I'm not in a big hurry. The wait gives me time to save. The other folks that know are more excited and anxious than I am. I've got several people that want to drive it. I was hoping to have it before March so I can take it to the driving class that our local autocrossers put on. My brother, who auto-x'd a Neon ACR, was really excited about that. Thanks for the info.
