I will second the magic eraser suggestion. I've used those on walls and it really does work somehow. You could also try simple green, but carefully and in an inconspicuous spot at first.

Nice interior. If thats factory and not painted I would
try a warm soapy rag with a very light dusting of scrath free Ajax.
A tiny bit of abrasion will get the outer glaze off. But I
woundnt do anywhere but the console lid.
When I had my convertible with the white top and interior, I found 2 non-automotive related products that helped with stubborn stains. The first was Boraxo powdered hand soap. I got it from an old school hardware store. I mixed with water into like a paste, worked it in with a soft brush then rinsed with a wet rag, took most dirt away that "regular" car cleaning products didn't.
The second product was Goof Off which they sell all over. It took 95% of the stubborn stains out of the white, especially on the top with no apparent side effects. I did dilute it with water about 50-50 when using it on leather, but on the armrest, you may be ok going 100%.
if you're going to use a magic eraser be very careful. Those things have the potential to destroy interior parts. I'd get some good APC, such as Meguiars, and a warm rag and try that first.
Was that white + black interior a factory offering?
Before seeing the photo, I figured I would hate the look of a white colored interior, but I have got to say that the color combo looks great as well as very unique. Very nice.
