ClickClick...Is my starter dead?

I am having the same problem with just one click. My stock voltage gauge says its charged and even with the key turned all the way to "start". I am gonna try tapping the starter tommorrow once I get some jack stands from my parents house. The only concern I have is my fuel pump isn't as loud as it usually is when I turn to the "on" position.

Well I got the problem fixed. I brought my battery to Autozone and they checked it out and said it was fine. I then took my starter off and tested it. Bad Starter. I bought a new one with a lifetime warranty for $97.00 from Autozone and presto changeo the car works great. Now I just gotta find a bolt that will fit on the bottom part of the starter (where that O2 sensor bracket connects to) cause my old one was stripped.
