Clunk from front suspension install.

Two things come to mind. The front lower control arm bolts need to be really tight, I don't know the spec but I'll tell you it's up there. Use a big ass breaker bar and pull really hard! It's easy to think that just using wrenches will be enough but it won't, they'll slip to a nice popping sound. Also, check to make sure the top of your strut isn't touching your hood. I've had to re-stack the CC spacers to lower the strut and even notch some hood frames to fit the taller CC plates (like the Hotchkis and BBK ones).

I had a clunk in my car for almost a year, it turned out to be one of my struts, the valve broke inside so it the shaft wasn't properly located in the strut housing. It'd clunk whenever I'd come to a stop as the strut shifted it's position.
