Can I replace the glass in front of the cluster? It has a ton of those fine scratches on it and I would like to replace it.

According to other users, Meguiar's Plastix works well....might want to try that first. Otherwise, yeah, it's replaceable. You just have to remove the gauge cluster.

Hey I have good news I had the same problem, got a brand new one at the Ford parts counter for $24, and EASILY installed it

The hardest part is getting the headligh knob off... Then remove two torx screws and it comes right out.

Considering the Plastix is like $8, the replacement part is pretty cheap. Ah yes, the grand ole headlight switch.

The headlight switch is easy, IF you've done it before. I used a small flathead on the tab INSIDE the knob, pull it towards the back while pulling the knob in the same direction.

I know the headlight switch is easy, that was my point. The hardest part is removing the headlight switch which is easy

The Bullitt Archive has pics and a writeup on it though if anyone has issues with it.

whoever had this car before went a little overboard w/ chrome on the interior so the knob isn't stock...it's bling'd lol. Hopefully the aftermarket one will be easier to remove.
