The vibration started right after the initial install. I'm redoing everything again today with my new fidanza aluminum flywheel and my old clutch. I will let you all know if it works out.

Got it all fixed. Pulled the trans, clutch, and flywheel again then reinstalled everything with a new fidanza aluminum flywheel and my old clutch instead of the new one. No Vibrations! I just took the car on a little 3 mile drive because I was about to fall asleep(its 1:30am). I'm still not sure what the problem was but I'm wanting to say it was the clutch. Thanks for all the help. Now I have to open up a new thread to narrow down a clunking sound in the front suspension, its creaking also.

Disregard my last post, I must have been so tired that I didn't notice the vibration. Its still there. I replaced the harmonic balancer today hoping that would fix it but it didn't. The vibration just gets worse as the RPM's increase, its very mild under 2000 rpms, after that it becomes really noticeable. The motor mounts are the only other thing I can think of that could possibly cause this, any other ideas?

Honestly, aftermarket crap won't help you. The clutch should operate properly with stock equipment. If it does not, them something is wrong. Don't go throwing dollars at the are by purchasing aftermarket parts. All my stick cars have had stock cables, and quadrants and they've operated fine.
