clutch quadrent

has any one put a king cobra clutch in with their stock quadrent i put mine in yesturday and it worked twice and i went to try it agin and it keeps popping out and i can hear it its still one the plastic but its pops and u can hear the teeth one the plastic grind as the pedal comes back up i figured the clutch was to hard to depress with the plastic one so i was goin to buy the adjustable cable and quadrent i just want to know if that happend to any body else if so what did u do

u put the adjustable in and it works fine

I have the stock clutch cable setup and the King Cobra clutch kit...no problems here. Looks like yours is on the outs though. I recommend Maximum Motorsports stuff. They also sell a clutch pedal relocation kit that puts the clutch pedal level with the brake pedal.

I jsut installed a King Cobra clutch with the stock cable and quadrant. I haven''t driven it yet, but the clutch throw feels fine...a little lighter that stock even, so it should be easier on the quadrant than the stock clutch was.
