Clutch replacement

Hey all I'm new to the forum and fairly new to the mustang world. I purchased my first stang in March and have been in love ever since!!! I have a 1994 GT 5.0L 5 spd. I have been having major problems with the clutch since I bought it. It started with a VERY STIFF clutch pedal and a slight slip in 3rd. Now it slips in almost every gear. I was wondering what all is gonna be involved in changing out the clutch. I bought an OE replacement clutch to get me through the winter, but will swap it out for a king cobra as soon and the last snow thaws!

Any help appreciated!!

Moved to 94-95 Tech.
