Is this sufficient stopping power if you have a supercharger? I want to upgrade my 01 GT. Street driving only.

Yes...upgrading your brakes is worth the money. I upgraded to the cobra brakes on my 460hp 94GT and it was one of the better investments on the car. I believe the cobra upgrade for the front should be less than $1k but I believe you can also get a brembo kit for a couple hundred more.

$399 for the complete Cobra front kit.
$1099 for the Cobra R kit.

I got the Cobra rear kit from them and couldn't be happier.

I think I saw the cobra front brake kit on ebay a while back for about 369 new.

They provide A LOT more brakeing! I got mine from brakes r us. I got the yellow calipers. (I have a 01 zinc gt)

For $399, there is no excuse every Mustang shouldn't have 13" brakes on the front of them.
