I just took the Cobra intake off my car to strip the paint from (someone painted it green) and i noticed a little crack before on the the fin that the bolt goes through to be tourqed down , i thought it was just in the paint , but while pulling it off the car it came off in my hand... My question is is there a way to get this welded it looks like its casted and if so any shops or opinions ? Im not in great shape with money right now to buy a used one , unless its gonna cost round the same to be welded . Let me know your thoughts Thanks Guys..

I'm not too sure I know exactly what 'fin' you are describing...

Is it one of the 2 tabs, one on the front, one on the back of the upper intake?

I've had these bust loose on me. A local weld shop put them back on.
I had to file the mating surfaces flat again.

It wasn't expensive enough for me to remember the cost...

Yes VRIstang thats exactly what it is .. and thanks alot for everyones help If its pretty cheap like yous mentioned ill do that , and i didnt know JB weld could hold that good thats actually good to know though, i have alot of cheap little toys i could use that stuff on so thanks again...

Hey any shops anyone know of in the south jersey area.. i know of some welding shops but not sure if it should be car oriented i know it needs to be pretty flat after its done.?

I wouldn't use JBWeld for this application.
It is great stuff for many things, but not this...

Just make sure the guy doing the welding is experienced with Aluminum...
It doesn't need to be an automotive shop.
Some Industrial Machine shops may even be able to do the job for you.
