I don't know what the big deal is about the cobra side skirts. Maybe its just me and im retarded but I can't see any real difference between them and the regular GT side skirts. They both look the same...

Please correct me...

I like them because they don't stick way out so when people get into your car they don't bash there feet onto them. I need to get some for this very reason

Deft, youre daft

Seriously though, park next to one. When my Termi is next to my friends 03 GT the difference is HUGE. The GT flairs out, the Cobra squars off the bottom. That with the low hanging rear bumber is what makes the Cobra look wider and lower to the ground

gives the car, especially a wingless car a smoother look.

I agree Deft.

I love the look of the 03-04 sideskirts but unless something ever happened to my stock GT ones I can't see spending the ridiculous amount to replace them for such a minimal appearance mod that the average person would never even notice.

it makes it look a LOT cleaner. ive been wanting to get them for the longest time.

another reason is because my skirts are cracked because of the previous owner constantly hitting them with his boots

They make the car flow so much better, after putting on cobra sideskirts I can hardly stand to look at the stock GT skirts anymore.

If you don't mind me asking how much did you pay for your skirts and what did the body shop charge you to install prep and paint.

Thanks.

Find somebody @ a ford dealer to hook you up , I only payed around $300 for mine and they were already painted sonic blue. One of the mechanics threw them on for free when he had some downtime. Gotta love working @ a dealership.
