Thinking about upgrading my throttle body. Would it be beneficial to put a Cobra throttle body into my 2004 GT?
what would i have to change?
Ive got a CDC Shaker system installed and i hope it wouldnt interfere with anything
please give some advice and tips on what to do

Shaker system, as in a Mach 1. Unless you have a Cobra upper intake then it won't fit. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

Thanks for the tips. How should i go about upgrading the intake? you think i should find a cobra thats being parted out or should i go and buy the upper intake and throttle body from a site like american muscle?

You can't run a Cobra intake with your 2V heads, period. Just get a BBK TB/plenum

Cool. thanks for the info. ill look into it more and see what else i can do to upgrade the engine hardware

and another thing is to find a plenum and or throttle body that is also compatible with the CDC shaker system

Your Shaker system sits on top of your stock plenum anyway so any aftermarket plenum will fit fine (there are no aftermarket plenums bigger than the stock unit)
