Will the black cobra valve covers support a high lift cam?

Sure especially if you use both...lol just kidding yes they will

Yes, but you will probably have to remove the oil baffles. A lot of it depends on which rockers you are using and just HOW high the lift we are talking about. Using low profile 1.6 rockers should work with any cam lift up to 5.25 or so, maybe more, check the clearances with clay of course.
