Code 22!

Sensor Help!!

My 91 LX 5.0 shows me Code 22 (as far as I know I think it`s the MAP/Baro sensor) I checked the conection and seems to be ok.
The car surges when I step on the gas, seems like if I `don`t have power too, and looks like the timing doesn`t advance and you need to make few tries to start it.
I saw that those are sympthons of a bad MAP/Baro sensor but I want to read from you, the wise 5.0 gurus.
Where I can find a good replacement? what replacement should avoid?

Ensure you don't have any Vac leaks (although I don't believe that a vac leak would cause a 22 code). You can order your MAP from pretty much any parts store.

Did this surging/hesitation start up the same time you got your code? Also is the check engine light on constantly or intermittently?

I feel the surging and hestation and that was the code that I saw
The light comes more intermittently but once it`s on it last until I shut off the car.
I put my finger on the "intake" of the sensor and the car runs as bad as without it.
