Code thrown....how to fix?

All i need to do with this to fix it is to clean out my IAC right? i have no clue....also if this is the case....how do i clean it...?

Cleaning the IAC should solve the problem, but if it's sticking then you really should replace it. If cleaning doesn't help get back to us.

you can try cleaning, but as canadastang said, 9-10 you end up replacing the IAC

they are right, just replace it and you should be set. its fairly easy, i dont have my haynes manual here and i havent done it for a long time so off the top of my head might not be too good... but, it sticks out the side of the intake plenum facing you as you look at it from the front. it kinda sticks out like a sore thumb. it is held in by like 2 bolts straight into the plenum. just check out a haynes and that will do alot for you. the swap if pretty straight forward.
