Cold start problem

My Stang has sat up for a while, now every time time I start it up cold the engine light blinks 4 times and i have no throtle response. Starts up fine but when the light starts blinking, it misses and dosnt want to stay running last about 10 sec then runs fine. Sorta lost on this one any ideals. No codes on OBD or PMS.
