got a 91 lx 5.0 with a 5 speed and 373 gears.i plan on adding a dan d t56 6 speed afr 165 heads,elderbrock upper and lower intake,elderbrock 65 mm throttle body,iam looking at something from comps cams maybe an extreme energy grind for the cam.iam not really sure so any inputs on cam recs would be great.with the 6 speed tranny i think 410s would work out ok i would imagine.what kind of power do you think this combo will make,anybody got any numbers with a similiar combo?thanks in advance

sounds like a good combo, if you can do a custom cam.

It is only like 75 or so bucks more than an off the shelfer.

that should be a easy 300 the the wheels, unless the T56 eats up a lot more HP than the T5

sounds like a good setup, you are prob. going to want to run 24 lb inj. with that setup. Don't forget about your MAF get something like a 75-76 depending on what company, and maybe a 70mm TB would work better. good luck
