compression test results. post Headswap.

well after finishing my pi headswap i read a few theads with people haveing low power number or slow track times. they did a compression check and found out that one of the timing chains were off. well i dont have any track times or dyno number, but i figured id check it out just in case.

my results:

driver side pass. side
195---195 192---191
198---195 192---196
200---200 195---197
201---204 194---199

i did each side twice just to make sure. anyway it seams like everything is ok. i am goiing to the track next saterday to see what happens.

Hey, did you take your motor out to do the swap?? I saw that you had head studs and I was wondering since the bottom head bolts can't be removed from the head when it's in the car.

yes the motor was out.

That's nearly identical to the numbers after my swap. They all fell between 195 and 205.
