I just bought a compucar kit from a friend and have a couple questions. First off, metering block says 57 on the nitrous jet, and 39 on the gas, the nitrous having the larger jet. Is this correct? I would think the opposite for safe mixture reasons. What size shot would this be?

Also, part number for one step cooler, or recommended nitro plug, copper or whatever is best.

Where is a dirt cheap place to buy a bottle? No warmer, opener, etc....just
a bottle.

And just one more- a decent electrical diagram?? can't get the one on the official site to open, i dont know why.

Thank you for the help!!!

You get it installed yet?
I'll call around tomorrow and see if I can find a bottle. Someone has to have
one layin' around.

No the install has yet to begin. Tomorrow the stang will be going into Jim's garage tame and lame and coming out a beast (well, by my broke-a$$ standards). Gears and nitro tomorrow night, I'm going to try to find a bottle at breakthrough performance or through a buddy of jims. If I can't find some slicks to put on by next friday Jim has some VHT i can spray on, at least for a run or to....think i already told ya though. Anyhow, don't forget about tomorrow, and maybe you can sneak out a lil early if "daddy" isn't there.
LOL....

Holy Crap. I just found out the jets supplied in the fogger kit are for a 125 shot. Is this really safe everyone? I thought the kit was like a 75, MAYBE a 100, but I was wrong. I don't mind a little premature engine wear, but I dont wanna be blowin off the intake or bustin the crank. Any advice as far as settings with the diablo tuner?

yes those are the 125 jets, and they are safe to run...i run the compucar kit on a stock ECU tune and 1 range colder plugs, stick with autolite copper plugs and you'll be fine... as far as the wiring goes i could tell you how its done, but its complicated without a diagram... i'll see if i can dig the one i used up...

found it...

it looks complicated at first because it shows the use of 2 relays and the hookups for purge, windowswitch and for a bottle heater, you'll use just 1 relay and no FP safety switch...they have been known to cause issues with the compucar kit and our returnless fuel system...so dont use one...

if you have any questions about it...ask

Yeah what justin said you "should" be ok with that size shot, go one heat range down on the plugs, maybe back out some timing. Have fun.
