Frankenstang and I saw this parked near my notch a couple of weeks ago at TGI Friday's. I don't know what's more frightening: the fact that it appeared they put a LOT of actual work into this (it had a very nice pearl-white paintjob on it, actually), or the fact that some old geezer probably thinks this is damned cool...

I give it for poor taste, but at least for build quality.

EDIT: Something this bizarre is not worthy of hogging TWO parking spaces at once.

Um....that's pretty stupid looking.
I'm sure for the money invested into that....thing he could have bought a classic Vette.

yep there is a company that does it but they look a hell of alot better than this, maybe this one isnt done? as it sits it looks like crap.

It makes it look alot longer. They do that alot with late 80's T-Birds and 49 Ford front ends.

I saw that vette at the show on Power Road and US-60. Believe it or not it was featured in a Corvette mag a year or two ago

Actually, Power and 60 was EXACTLY where we saw that 'Vette - the TGI's on the southwest corner. I wonder if the dude frequents the place or something...?

Yeah I'm sure that's the case. I haven't been to that show much over the past year or two but the times I have gone I haven't seen him there. It was real popular a few years ago but haven't seen it since.

That 'vette reminds me of the '57 body kit they sell for the late model Camaros
