Right now the rod that spun the bearing will need replaced and if you drive it much at all you will end up replacing the crank and or replacing the block and everything else inside of it. Dont drive it anymore at all, dont even start it up. If you want to but you WILL be replacing the entire motor and possibly the heads if it breaks which it will.
