Connecting Rod is knocking, how long will...

my connecting rod is knocking, i just wonder how long will it last for normal driving until i can have money to rebuilt the engine?

Could last anywhere from 50 to 20,000 miles. Just depends. I have an old chevy celebrity that has been knocking since 200,000 miles. Has 211,xxx now.Hasn't blown yet.

Right now the rod that spun the bearing will need replaced and if you drive it much at all you will end up replacing the crank and or replacing the block and everything else inside of it. Dont drive it anymore at all, dont even start it up. If you want to but you WILL be replacing the entire motor and possibly the heads if it breaks which it will.

thanks for the advice.
i am driving an Accord rite now. i will have my engine rebuild soon.
man, i can't believe i have to spend another 6G for my damn mustang. i wish i bought a supra before
